"Brilliant young violinist" [The Boston Phoenix] LisaLee made her solo debut with the San Francisco Symphony at age 16 and has also appeared with the Pacific Symphony, Macau Youth Symphony, Shanghai Symphony, California Youth Symphony, and Fremont Symphony orchestras. She has been sought after as soloist and chamber musician throughout China, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Italy, and the United States, and been invited to festivals such as Ravinia, Evian, Prussia Cove, Caramoor, and Marlboro.

Lisa has won or placed in major competitions including the Sheffield Violin Competition (England), Seventeen Magazine Competition, Tadeusz Wronski Competition (Poland), and Irving M. Klein International Competition. As a member of the Lark String Quartet, Norwegian Chamber Orchestra, Camerata Nordica, and Mahler Chamber Orchestra,

Lisa has toured throughout Europe, Scandinavia, Croatia, and England. Born in San Francisco, Lisa began violin lessons at age five. She studied with Zaven Melikian, Arnold Steinhardt (Curtis Institute of Music, Philadelphia), David Takeno (Guildhall School, London) on a Fulbright Commission, Donald Weilerstein, and Denes Zsigmondy.

Ms. Lee is faculty at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
